This method is intended for the evaluation of structural and semi-structural adhesives used in hot and/or humid environments. It is particularly suitable for metal, composite and plastic adherends. 2 Normative references The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this International Standard. The specimens are placed in a tube equipped with a pre- calibrated spring system for loading the specimens. The times to failure of the loaded specimens arerecorded.
